At Jaw Toners, we want you to be completely satisfied with your facial fitness journey, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused and unopened products. Due to the personal nature of our products, items that have been used or have broken seals cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Email our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the item in its original, unopened packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Send your package via a tracked shipping service to our designated returns center; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
